Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Xvoria, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Use of service

Xvoria is a business management platform for countertop fabrication shops. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Xvoria. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Third-party integrations

Xvoria can connect to outside services you already use, such as QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar. Connecting one is entirely optional and always initiated by you: you sign in to that provider and authorize the connection, and you can disconnect it at any time from your settings.

While a connection is active, the records you choose to sync — for example customers, estimates and invoices — are transmitted to that provider and become subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We request only the access the feature needs, and we never send a provider anything outside the scope you connected. We are not responsible for how a third-party service handles data once it reaches them.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Contact us and we will work it out.

Limitation of liability

Xvoria is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of Xvoria after changes constitutes acceptance.
