Xvoria started with a simple observation: the people running countertop fabrication shops are incredibly good at their craft, but the tools available to them were never designed with that craft in mind.

Our founders spent 5 years working inside granite fabrication shops. Not in consultant roles. Actually on the floor, dealing with the day-to-day reality of running jobs from estimate to installation. The missed template appointments. The slabs that were committed to two jobs at once. The invoices that sat unpaid because nobody had time to chase them. The hours lost every week re-entering the same job information into three different systems that never talked to each other.

They tried every tool on the market. Some were built for general contractors and had to be bent into shape. Some were too basic to handle the complexity of a real shop. Some looked great in a demo but fell apart when actual fabrication workflows were involved. None of them were built for this specific work.

So we built one that was.

Xvoria was built around how countertop shops actually work. The workflow steps, the roles, the materials, the scheduling. Everything reflects how the work really gets done, not how a software company imagined it might get done. If a feature did not solve a real problem, it is not in here.

We are a small team and we plan to stay that way. Countertop fabrication is all we do. We are not trying to cover every trade or build a platform. We are trying to make one shop's day easier than it was yesterday.
