Privacy Policy

This policy covers both this website and the Xvoria application. Xvoria is a business management platform for countertop fabrication shops.

What we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in the form. We do not collect any data without your knowledge.

When you use Xvoria as a customer, we store the business records you enter — such as your customers, estimates, invoices, jobs and inventory — along with the accounts of the staff you invite. This is your data; we hold it so we can provide the service.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate Xvoria, to respond to your inquiries, and to communicate about the service. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your business records for advertising or to train any model.

Third-party services

Xvoria can connect to outside services you already use, currently QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar. Connecting one is optional and always initiated by you: you sign in to that provider and authorize the connection.

While a connection is active, the records covered by that integration are exchanged with the provider so the feature can work. For QuickBooks Online this means customers, estimates and invoices; we request only the accounting scope the feature needs, and nothing outside it. Data sent to a provider is then handled under that provider’s own privacy policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings, which stops any further exchange of data.

Security

All traffic to Xvoria is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Each customer’s business data is kept in its own separate database rather than pooled with other customers’. Credentials and the access tokens for any service you connect are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and access to the application requires authentication.

No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee to the contrary. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service or to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing hello@xvoria.com. Disconnecting an integration does not delete data a provider already holds — that has to be requested from the provider directly.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality such as remembering your theme preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The application itself uses cookies only to keep you signed in.
